The tax policy cliche "oh what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to exempt" is on point for this legislative session. This week, tax-whisperer Dick Lavine joins Scott to discuss legislation to increase property tax exemptions, including SB3 and HB5. This is the last episode of the regular session in the Texas Legislature.
